Before Fire there was Fabric and Yarn!
I have a lot of passions. Fabrics and yarns are in that category. I love textures. I love weaving - actually that's one craft I haven't actually taken up, but hopefully one day - but I'm always drawn to woven goods. My good friend and children's writing partner, Kitty Griffin Lagorio, recently went to Ireland on vacation. She never said a word about a sussy for me, but today I opened the mailbox to this lovely woven scarf from Ireland. I wish you could all touch it. It is luscious! Thank you, Kitty, for the lovely gift, and most of all for thinking of me when you saw it.
